Recognizing another of those pesky anagrams, you hit the keypad and the Brain Drain fires up and blasts a single, concentrated shot of brain-draining energy at Dr Dummkopf. He drops the gun and grins at you stupidly. "Hello, fella!" he giggles, "Who are you? For zat matter, who am I?" Shutting off the machine once and for all, you contact Whizz on the telephone and she sends in the proper authorities. Nice work!\n*Congratulations, you've saved the world as we know it!* - THE END

You creep silently towards the house, and find the three statues against the wall of the mansion. The first statue is of a chimp eating a banana, the second is a pelican eating a fish, and the third is a bear eating a sandwich. On your radio earpiece, Whizz tells you that one of them opens a secret passage that leads straight to Dummkopf's study. All you have to do if press the toe of the odd one out. Which statue do you choose?\n\n[[The chimp?|2B]]\n[[The pelican?|2B]]\n[[The bear?|2A]]\n
You parachute into the moonlit gardens of the evil Dr. Doofus Dummkopf's mansion. He's a supervillain who started out cheating on his exams in school, and now he corners the global market in building inventions that stop people thinking for themselves. Your mission is to get inside and hack into his computer. His lair is full of devious puzzle-traps, so be careful! Your loyal sidekick Whizz is on the radio so check with her if you need any help.\n\n[[Continue|1A]]\n
You press the button and there's a blinding blue flash as fifty thousand volts zap through your body.\n*Wow, what a nasty way to go!* - THE END
"Open Sesame!" cheers Whizz. The door grinds to one side and you climb some polished wooden steps to Dr. Dummkopf's study. You switch on his computer and a message fills the screen: 'ENTER REMOTE CONFIGURATION'. "Whatever that means," says Whizz, "It looks like you have three choices again!".\n\n[[Press "METEOR"|4A]]\n[[Press "COMET"|4B]]\n[[Press "ASTEROID"|4B]]\n
"13 is your lucky number!" laughs Whizz. The metal door opens and you enter a long, metal chamber. Static fills your earpiece; "Sorry," says Whizz, "You're nearly out of radio range. From here on in, you're on your own!". Without Whizz to help you, you reach the next section of the chamber. You need to extend a metal bridge by pressing one of two buttons; one marked 'TRUE' and the other 'FALSE'. Great, you think to yourself, more puzzles! You read the first statement: "Three kangaroos and two cats have a total of fourteen legs."\n\n[[TRUE|6A]]\n[[FALSE|6B]]\n
You key in the answer and suddenly the computer locks down and an alarm-bell rings! A door swings open and Dr. Dummkopf himself enters the room, a pistol in his hand. "Velcome! I heff been exshpecting you..." he sneers malevolently. \n*Somehow you don't think this is good news...* - THE END
Wrong answer - a cake can be sliced into eight pieces by making four diameter cuts!\n*Coincidentally, the laser-beams that fire across the chamber cut you into eight pieces too...* - THE END
Right answer! The portcullis lifts and you hurry into the next chamber. It looks like you have one more puzzle to pass before you reach the lab. The final statement reads: "The sum of all the odd numbers from zero to 10 is an even number."\n\n[[TRUE|8B]]\n[[FALSE|8A]]\n
You correctly identify the missing prime number and stop the countdown. Phew! But before you can pat yourself on the back, Dr Doomkopf appears, quivering with rage that you've thwarted his plan! "I vill make you suffer for zis, you schmarty-pants!" he screams, too furious to realise he's standing in front of the Brain-Drain ray. You know your time is up, but with one hand behind your back you reach the keypad that controls the Brain-Drain aiming mechanism. If you can gain access to the aiming-controls, Dummkopft will get the full force of the Brain-Drain ray right between the eyes. Glancing quickly at the machine's readout screen, you see the message "MENTAL-REALIGNMENT PASS-CODE REQUIRED..." and a choice of three commands:\n\n[["BEMOAN"|10B]]\n[["LAMENT"|10A]]\n[["REJOICE"|10B]]\n
D'oh! The correct answer was the missing prime number, 23! The Brain Drain Machine roars into life and a brain-drain ray hits you right between the eyes.\n*Your mission has failed and the world is doomed. But not that you'd notice any more...* - THE END
Operation Brain-Drain
An ivy-covered section of the wall opens up and you enter the secret passage. If that's all that Dummkopf has up his sleeve, this is going to be easy! You reach the far end of the passage and find a stone door. Three buttons labelled 'Olive', 'Sesame' and 'Sunflower' are your choices. You quickly realize that they're all types of oil, but which one opens the door? Whizz chips in on your earpiece; "Not that you need it, but here's a clue: what would Ali Baba do?"\n\n[[Press "OLIVE"|3B]]\n[[Press "SESAME"|3A]]\n[[Press "SUNFLOWER|3B]]\n
You press the statue's toe... and an alarm goes off! That wasn't the odd one out! The beam of a searchlight hits you and suddenly a dozen armed guards appear from the bushes.\n*It looks like your mission's over before it's begun, kid!* - THE END
You key in your answer and suddenly the computer locks down and an alarm-bell rings! "Clearly you do not recognize an anagram ven you see one!" a sinister voice calls out. A door swings open and Dr. Dummkopf himself enters the room, a pistol in his hand. "Velcome! I heff been exshpecting you..." he sneers malevolently.\n*Somehow you don't think this is good news...* - THE END
You type in the anagram of 'REMOTE' and log onto the computer. Going through Dr. Dummkopf's secret plans, you discover that he's building a Brain Drain Machine with which he plans to turn people into mindless zombies! It says the Brain Drain Machine is hidden in his laboratory on the other side of a large metal door, and to get through you need to key in the next number in the following sequence. "This is pretty easy," says Whizz, "Each number in the sequence is a sum of what comes before." The number sequence reads: 1-1-2-3-5-8. Is the next number in the sequence:\n\n[[16?|5B]]\n[[13?|5A]]\n[[9?|5B]]\n
Correct! The bridge extends and you enter the next chamber. To go any further, you need to raise a spiked portcullis. The statement by the next set of buttons is as follows: "A cake can be sliced into more than seven pieces by making four diameter cuts."\n\n[[TRUE|7A]]\n[[FALSE|7B]]\n
Wrong answer! You realize your mistake too late, and the floor beneath your feet tilts, knocking you into the deep chasm below.\n\n*You have a few seconds to ponder your mistake before reaching the bottom...* - THE END
Wrong! 1 plus 3 plus 5 plus 7 plus 9 equals 25! Before you have time to regret your mistake, however, you notice that the walls are closing in on you.\n*Oh dear, this is going to be nasty...* - THE END
Correct! You pass out of the final test-chamber and ride an elevator up to the secret lab. Dr. Dummkopf's giant Brain Drain Machine looms above you like a giant gun. You check the controls to see how much time you have left to sabotage it, and discover with horror that the countdown has already started! In a few moments, the machine will send out its brain-drain rays to sap the intelligence from people everywhere. The code to stop it is another number sequence puzzle. If only Whizz was here to help, she's good at these! What's the missing number in the sequence: 5 - 7 - 11 - 13 - 17 - 19 - '?' - 29\n\n[[21?|9B]]\n[[23?|9A]]\n[[26?|9B]]\n
You enter a pass-code, but nothing happens - you chose the wrong one! Dr Dummkopf raises his pistol, takes aim and ends your mission most violently...\n*Oh well, there goes the planet!* - THE END
